Some Gumm-Gumms seem to have a tradition of wearing their trophies (or at least two of the major higher-ranking ones with designs seem to do so). Orlagk especially.

But then there's this mf, all proud and mighty in his simple little gladiator kilt. And he's the leader of the Gumm-Gumms after Orlagk...

And I just love how plain he looks clothing wise.

So either he just doesn't give a shit about collecting trophies, or he just doesn't want actually to wear any of them and keeps them elsewhere.

So what if Gunmar has a special little room for his trophies?

Like a personal little chamber where he keeps his kills. Safe and sound, not hanging on the armor and being in the way.

And his most prized possession would be Orlagk's skull, which would later be stolen by Skarlagk (for like a good reasons.. it's her dad's remain after all).

What if Draal would be a Gumm-Gumm? Despite the fact that the spikes on his back and huge horns already make him very powerful and intimidating, the Draal would have undergone many changes. The main changes would affect the color palette. I also think he would belonged to the same kind of troll as the original Gunmar. (Important clarification! I perceive "Gumm-Gumms" as the name of a faction, and not of a species! Okay?)
