For the Dry Rub:. - 2 tablespoons brown sugar. - 1 tablespoon smoked paprika. - 1 teaspoon garlic powder. - 1 teaspoon onion powder. - 1 teaspoon dried thyme. - 1 teaspoon black pepper. - 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper. - Salt to taste. Wood chips for smoking.
Instructions: Get your smoker ready by heating it up to 107F 225C. Put all of the Dry Rub ingredients in a small bowl and mix them together. Take some paper towels and pat the pork tenderloins dry. Then, coat them well with the dry rub mixture, making sure it covers all sides evenly. The pork tenderloins should be left at room temperature while the smoker gets hot. Put wood chips in the smoker once it's ready to smoke. Put the pork tenderloins that have been seasoned on the smoker grates. Smoke for about an hour and a half to two hours, or until the internal temperature reaches 145F 63C. Take the pork tenderloins out of the smoker and let them rest for 10 minutes. Then you can cut them into slices. Cut the tenderloins into thin slices, serve, and enjoy the smoky flavors of this Smoked Pork Tenderloin-2 recipe!
