Let Jonathan casually drop that he “was friends” with Chrissy Cunningham in their freshman year before the forced conformity and peer/ societal pressures got to her and she started dating Jason so she stopped hanging out with him (@pearlypairings you get it)

Let Kali and Gareth have some screen time in S5 and let Stali and Greatmage be quietly (or not I don’t mind) developed and then be canon by the epilogue (@1lostsoul0fishbowl this is partially for you my friend)

Let Steve still have Eddie’s battle jacket in S5, let him have a little sad moment with Dustin about Eddie’s death and have him mention that he still has it, that he hasn’t even washed it, that it helps him fall asleep sometimes

Let Jonathan and Steve have some random flirty moment where Nancy just stares like she’s in The Office

Let Ted and Karen get divorced and just immediately become Steve&Robin-esque besties. Let Ted start flirting with Murray and Karen start flirting with Claudia Henderson or something (yes ik she’s apparently not in this season but I don’t care actually)
