In the universe I'm making with Archie and his friends in his world I invented my own magic system. To be honest I had this magic system for tought out a long time ago but is it the first time I put it on record and in real life instead of in my head. In this system there's three types of magic that is represented in three colours gold, green and purple. Normal people can't use these three magics only people that are born with either three can use it is the same for animals which are called magical creatures which are also fantasy creatures like dragons and Griffins
The first one we're going to talk about is gold magic like the other two it has other names as well, Include good magic and sometimes light music it's represented by an eagle, flowers and sometimes Christian crosses with your find out why later. People and who are born with the ability to use gold magic are called wizards male or female. This type of magic gives good health benefits to anyone who uses it or is exposed to it, like say stronger beneficial immune system, longer life expectancy, faster abilities to heal from damage or injury and in all more healthier than you have which passion. I also an effect of this magic is certain sins are not able to be done, like unable to kill on purpose unless it's too eat, unable to commit cannibalism, unable to be deceitful to a partner and unable to tell a lie. which is why this magic is known to be similar and sometimes confused to angelic magic which is why it's symbol has Christian crosses. legend has it this magic originated from the heavens which is why evil creatures and demonic creatures on unable to touch people or creatures with this magic if they do they burn.
In my universe voodoo it's also known as earth magic it is the second group of magic, it's represented in its symbol, by a deer to represent life because legend has it it's originates from the earth itself. It said to be in between good and evil which is why creatures of this magic can do evil acts as well as good acts they basically have the choice to do so and touch creatures of good magic no trouble. The possibility to have a choice makes them sometimes on untrustworthy magical creatures people with this magic are known as which doctors or voodoo doctors and has no benefits or non-benefits to it.
Witchcraft is said to be the most dangerous of the three also known as purple magic or dark magic and the exact opposite to gold magic. unlike is good counterparts it has negative health benefits shortens your lifespan makes you sick and weekly and anything that gets near it usually gets high risk of disease and decay when using this magic it usually has a price to it such as a catch like you're doing a deal with the devil sort of stuff speaking of which it's said to be similar originated to demonic magic hence why good buns the evil. It's symbol as a goat skull as well as upside down crosses. People who use this magic are simply known as witches or warlocks and they can be very dangerous seeing that they're completely untrustworthy and would often trick people in order to use them for spells.
Another thing in Archie world is that magic, magical creatures and wizard, voodoo doctors and witches all originated for another dimension which is called the masic realm which acts like the this universes twin with the same history only difference it has magic lots and lots of magic, it says is where all magic originated and people with magic can access portals to this real at anytime including Archie's friend nicobi who's a very powerful Voodoo doctor. There's more to magic but I will leave that for another post.
