Yikes.. now that I officially have a well paying job I’m going to have to watch myself with how much money I spend on face products. I recently bought a moisturizer from Origins and really like it. It is the first high end face lotion I have bought, and I think it has really helped my skin. I’ve only had it for about a week now, so I can’t be sure, but my skin tone is more even, the little bumps I get that always turn into pimples and leave scars don’t seem irritated, and one pimple that was about to form into a white head has seemed to go down a little, which NEVER happens to me.
Anyways, I signed up for the Origins website to get points and offers and what not, and they have really good offers! Today I just spend 67$ on a face oil and face wash bc I got free shipping and $20 off for spending $65 or more! So the total was $47. The oil alone would have been $44! So I practically got the face wash for free! Not only that, but I ended up getting 570 points. At 1000 points I get free travel sized samples, and I fucking love samples 😩 I literally want to buy everything from them. I won’t because that would be ridiculous, but it’s the principle of the matter. God help me if I end up liking these two products as much as the face lotion, because I could be in big trouble if that happens. I’ve never understood why people spend so much money on high end products, but if this stuff ends up clearing my acne that would be a miracle because nothing, and I repeat nothing, has even come close to doing that. In fact I think it was the cheap products that were making it so bad.
