You looked around, notebook opened on your desk, in the middle of a lecture. Everyone else was paying attention to the teacher, writing, or maybe doodling and scribbling in boredom, and listening. Not one person seemed out of ordinary. You shrugged it off, turning your body and attention back to the lecture, internally sighing. Everyday was the same. Lectures, homework, lectures, and more homework. Maybe something could happen soon? Like some drama between some random girls while you secretly listened in or overhearing some gossip about some scandalous situation.

The next day was the same. You felt a stare at the back of your head again in class.

And the next day, another.

You were going insane. Were you really being looked at or were you going crazy from all of the work and sleep deprivation? It didn't help that you maybe had an addiction to caffeine and energy drinks at this point... Cough cough.

One day, you caught the perpetrator. Zandik. It happened one day when you were doing your turn-backs, seemingly becoming daily, and he was still stuck staring at you, a hand under his chin as if this was normal. A few seconds passed of awkwardly staring at each other before he quietly sputtered, red coating his cheeks as he looked away, scowling at you. What the hell did you even do this time?

You were just an average student, getting good grades and just trying to get by. You were sure that you did nothing out of ordinary or committed some sort of action that pissed him off.

“S-Stop staring…” Zandik muttered, still wearing that pissed off, flustered scowl.

Oh. You hadn’t realized that you were still staring at him. His cheeks only became more red as he began lightly squirming in his seat under your gaze. You immediately looked away.

Huh. That was weird. You had always thought Zandik to be arrogant and cocky, refusing to work with others. And yet he just acted like a cute little puppy, wagging its tail at you.

But even puppies had masters, and that fact didn't fall upon you yet.

Everything was weird. No matter where you went, it always felt like there were a pair of eyes stuck on you.

Well, at least you received a cute love letter today. Who know you could pull someone?

It was written neatly and had hearts all over. It didn't have a name or a signature, but it was cute!

"My dearest beloved,

You looked divine today, as you always did. I'm so in love with you that it hurts my chest. Please tell me that you need me too. I want you so much. Words can't describe how much I feel.

Please please please respond

You'll always be mine. I'll always be there with you.

Love you love you love you

You're my master, I'll always listen to you, please please please

I'll even kneel for you to take me

My dearest sweetheart, you're so enticing. My heart beats faster every time I see you. Do you love me back?"

Whoever had wrote this was clearly deep in love. It was almost pitiful, but you were flattered? They had a clear spiral of deep, obsessive love midway through.

You pocketed the letter, and a certain blue-haired puppy smiled at that.

Tonight was different. You were already sleepy, every assignment was done and completed, and you didn't even drink any energy drinks!

You hummed, listening to some random artist, unaware and zoning out. What you failed to notice was the quiet noises outside your window, which you had so happily opened for some fresh air to add to the relaxation.

How cute of you. You then fell asleep.

"How naive and innocent," Zandik thought. But that was okay! That was what he found cute about you, after all.

He quietly opened the window, eyes staring intently at your face with a lovesick expression the whole time as he stepped into your beloved room.

The alarm rang, signaling for you to get up as usual and head to the Akademiya.

You noticed a weird positioning of the blanket.

It didn't seem to be in place like how you had slept during the night. Oh well! People change positions while sleeping, right? But this seemed oddly like as if two people were sharing the same bed, sleeping side by side...

Regardless, you shrugged it off. Everything was weird lately.

Ah. The window was still open. You merely closed it with a small clink before deciding to get ready for another stressful day at the Akademiya.

Zandik was acting weird in class again. He kept looking at you before glancing away with a flustered face every time you caught him staring. Weird. But then again, he was always weird, it seemed.

Seems like everything's okay!

As the bell rung, you got up, as did the other students in the room did. Packing up your stuff, Zandik shakily walked up to you, acting like a timid rabbit who couldn't handle whatever he was feeling internally.

You turned your head to stare at him as he began speaking, trying to act cocky and confident as usual when he couldn't even look you in the eyes, "G-Give me your number."

...How bold.
