Level RUN is definitely a Hunt-aspect of the Spiral, playing cat and mouse literally. The fact doors, the destroyed environment, and the relentless pursuit is fantastic.

The Broken (an unnamed level I've just become aware of) could be still Spiral-based, but also with core themes of the End and the Extinction (though one could argue the Extinction is essentially just a mimic and thus it wouldn't really count as a fear).
