So I was waiting to make this post because I wanted to see if I could keep it up, but after a month I think I’m confident enough to say that I can and I will. This month I have made amazing strides in my fitness journey and I partly have my dear friend Tanesha Washington to thank/blame for it! Lol. Earlier this month Tanesha introduced me to this incredibly motivating fitness app called The Conqueror Virtual Challenge that allows me track my progress and get rewarded with actual medals when I hit my fitness goals. As a result, I have completed 3 challenges, I’m currently powering my way through a 4th, and I have pedaled and hiked my way to 103.2 miles in less than a month! Whereas going the distance in my cardio exercises has been a challenge for years, I’ve steadily worked myself up to doing 8 to 10 miles on the stationary bike every morning!
