One year ago I bought this journal, thinking with the birth of my first child how should 2020 not by my year! Well we all know it was not 😂 I remember after having a hard year in 2019 with a lot of bad things happening to me and my family, at the end of it, things finally seem to took a good term! I was happy being pregnant and had such a beautiful time teaching at school. Then our son was born premature. It was really hard to not be able to take him home the first weeks. Then he finally was home but Corona came. Both things changed many plans we had for the first year of our son. It took awhile before Luis could meet his grandparents and he was already 3 months old when he was first held by them! We couldn’t travel to visit our family in the north of Germany and there were many family celebrations which had been canceled. Although I know we aren’t the only one, which had to cancel many plans this year, and I’m really grateful that me and my loved ones are all well - I‘m still sad how 2020 turn out to be! Mar 18 - Mar 24 2020!! This week was the first week of isolating and when everything went crazy in the world!! It was also the last week anyone really left the house that wasn't to go to the shops... -My pup doesnt normally play with her toys but she has started getting excited when i play with her now. So I took this vid of her with her fav toy at the moment 😍😍 - Here is a cute photo I took of the 3 pups in our family 😘😘 Its not often you see them all chilling together lol - The whole fam was together for a drink and just hanging out. It was really fun talking and joking about things with them all ❤❤ - The next night was the last night we went out for food. My sisters and I went to the RSL for something light to eat and some dessert. It was weird being out but also nice. - The first day of social distancing and isolation. Spoiler alert; I spent a lot of time with my pup. I put a cute scarf on her and she fell asleep with it 😍😍 - I'm trying to take care of my skin more recently as I've been breaking out a lot so I did a face mask since I got bored haha. - Finally here is a cute photo of my dog who has been keeping me sane through all this craziness. MAR 4 - MAR 10 2020!! The past week has actually been pretty good!! I did a lot of fun things and made some great memories. 😁😁 - My niece was sick so I looked after her with my pup who loves her cuddles!! - I went to the arcade with a friend and won these 2 frozen plushies from the claw machine IN ONE GRAB 😏😏 - I am trying to bake as much as I can to help add items to my menu for my business @louiseebakes and this Sticky Date Puddin came out PERFECTLY!! - Went Go Karting with my cousins and some family friends for my cousin's husband's birthday 😀😀 Happy Birthday John!! - Did some more baking and made these cookie that I make all the time for my dad 😍😍 - Had a quiet day with my pup as we just chilled and cuddled most of the day 😘😘 - And finally, I rewatched a bunch of @shanedawson videos and then finally watched his second series with @jeffreestar which was amazing!!!
