Ingredients: 1 pound sirloin steak. 1 tablespoon olive oil. Salt and pepper to taste. 1 French baguette. 1/2 cup mayonnaise. 2 cloves garlic, minced. 1 cup arugula. 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved. 1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced. 1/4 cup pickles, sliced. 1/4 cup cheddar cheese, shredded.
Instructions: Preheat your grill to medium-high heat. Brush the sirloin steak with olive oil and season it with salt and pepper. Grill the steak for about 4-5 minutes per side, or until it reaches your desired level of doneness. Remove the steak from the grill and let it rest for a few minutes before slicing it thinly. Cut the French baguette into individual sandwich-sized pieces and slice them in half horizontally. In a small bowl, mix the mayonnaise and minced garlic to make a garlic aioli. Instructions: Preheat your grill to medium-high heat. Divide the ground beef into 4 equal portions and shape them into burger patties. Season with salt and black pepper.
