Got a little shoulder pump last night--as of now I am #4weeksout 😳😳 from my competition date (June 11) Had a little meltdown last week and felt like I broke a little (not literally) so I feel like I'm playing catch up. I honestly cannot thank my great friend and trainer @gabbefit for being my guide and cheerleader the past month!! She's been everything I need in this journey to my first competition day!!! This is one month's progress, I'm already starting to feel leaner and DEFINITELY stronger!! I need to quit it with my tiny carb cheats here and there so I can experience the full transformation---it's a learning process. Lol Currently #13weeksout --- I'm only 3lbs lighter on the Right but you can tell the muscles are starting to show 😍 Doing this while working has been the biggest challenge, mostly with my food.
