Retirement!?
For those not keeping up with the calendar or possibly missing some questions, here are the geiko who have retired yesterday: Fukuna (ふく那) of Kawayoshi (河よ志) in Miyagawa Cho Fumika (富美夏) of Yoshifumi (よし冨美) in Miyagawa Cho Mamesumi (豆純) of Ninben (亻) in Gion Kobu However, there is good news! Mamefuji has decided NOT to retire and will instead focus her time at ozashiki instead of public photo shoots, which she will be retiring from.

ไมโกะรุ่นพี่จะแต่งกายด้วยปกกิโมโนสีขาว ทาปากสีแดงทั้งริมฝีปากบนและล่าง และทำผมทรง Ofuku (おふく) ด้วยผมจริงของเธอ ส่วนของเครื่องประดับ ปิ่นรูปดอกไม้ตามฤดูกาลที่เสียบอยู่บริเวณผมด้านซ้ายของไมโกะรุ่นพี่มักเป็นดอกใหญ่จำนวนน้อยดอก หรือไม่ก็เป็นดอกเดี่ยวไปเลย และตรงมวยผมจะเสียบหวี (櫛簪 : Kushi Kanzashi) แทนที่เครื่องประดับผมรูปดอกไม้หลายดอกที่เคยเสียบเมื่อครั้งยังเป็นไมโกะรุ่นน้อง
