This form of Luke is created thanks to the power of the Celestial Star King, and a gift and sacrifice from someone dear to him. Inspired from both the Tokusatsu and Mahō Shōjo (magical girl) genres, his horned mask is similar to the King's and his chest has a jewel chained together by the miniature horn hooks on his crop jacket. Completely decked in leather, exposed midriff, flapping leather gold star studded waist cape, wielding a giant hammer that is actually a compressed space of several galaxies that also has the impact power of them, and can both shrink and grow it's size by will. The ribbons trailing on the hammer's pointed spear tip is based on the King's mustache.

When the guildhall eventually gets destroyed and rebuilt again (lets be honest, that will probably happen a good few times), they put a full body mirror in the bathrooms. These 3 would 100% take pics in it every time they use it. I also think that the ft girls would write on the mirrors with lipstick or marker for fun.
