vivzie is the executive producer of the show. she isn't listed as a writer, artist/animator, or director
the director is skye henwood; she is an animation director and writer at spindlehorse
skye uses "we" when describing the casting process and additionally clarifies "[andrew] has picked these as well" and "just so you know, we run ever creative decision by andrew" (46:09). so it sounds like there were multiple inputs from the team with andrew having a final say when it comes to voices
the hiveswap act 3 team and the show's team are largely made up of different people (there are exceptions ofc such as andrew presumably overseeing both things because it's xeir story), their productions likely don't affect each other
we are getting more hiveswap news in october
the homestuck website is still being worked on (quote from miles on july 1st: "Iβm happy to announce that we should hopefully be operational again pretty soon, so please stay tuned for that and weβll keep you updated when itβs finally back up and running.") kohi (a member of the hsbc web development team) is fixing it with a collaborator, so the show does not impact this project either
