Tonight's workout was for ME. . I've worked 40 hours at my full time job already this week so I can train for 8 hours tomorrow at my new per diem job. . I'm tired. I'm drained. My brain is fried. 🍳 . On my way home I put on an old playlist and two songs played back to back that had me BAWLING my eyes out. . Right then and there I decided I needed this workout. Just to let it all out. Push my body to relieve the stress. . I'm so happy I did. Now I can eat dinner, shower, and go to bed a little bit more relaxed. . Is my form perfect? Nope. Do I noticed so weaknesses in myself?
