The new Get Active in Darebin term starts January 16! I'll be teaching two sessions: π± SENIORS BALANCED GROUP Mondays, 2pmβ3pm East Preston Community Centre, 7 Newton Street, Reservoir Mixture of Yoga and Pilates, these sessions will include chair variations of all the movements to improve balance, mobility and strength. Please bring your own mat and a strap/scarf/theraband to stretch. Chairs will be available to make the sessions more accessible for everyone. Starts January 16 (runs 6 weeks) πΏ PILATES IN THE PARK Thursdays, 9.30amβ10.30am All Nations Park Near the corner of Separation Street and Hopetoun St, Northcote This is a fun relaxing class with options for all levels of fitness and experience. We focus on gentle strength and stability moves with relaxing stretches. Please bring your own mat or towel and a scarf/strap/theraband.
