I wondered why everybody making Hodgkins blue. I mean of course it’s 1990 versions, but are there any other?
I only found shin moomin (1972) and old Ukrainian book cover (i hope i got it right)
So why nobody never made redesign? I saw a lot of moomin art where people add details or almost full redesigns, but it was never Hodgkins. Only blue version. I guess it’s because nobody really care about his character. But… I dont want to draw him blue. Not because i hate it or have something against 1990 versions, it’s just… Always felt off for me. Is is okay if i want to draw Hodgkins different? Will people even understand that it’s Hodjkins?
