One of those knitting project that looks a lot more difficult than it actually is. And the lace in the ankle and heel have made me hungry for tortellini.
Pattern is The Hemulin's Garden from Knitted Moomin Socks. FYI this book is often pretty inexpensive in used book shops like Abe Books, like ~$17 for 29 patterns!
Yarn used is Knit Picks Palette in Bare and Tea Rose
Bear in mind that all the patterns are intended to be made with DK yarn and I've bum-rushed my way into this project with fingering weight π You betcha I've had to start over a few times to get the right gauge and fit. But I'm using up some of my yarn stash on this so it's not like I bought the wrong yarn
