I decided to do the 2-week shred workout challenge of Chloe Ting kasi akala ko makakapag gym na ko bukas so sinakto ko talaga siya but extended ang quarantine. Huhuhu.
Posting this pic kasi proud ako na nakapag workout ako ng two weeks straight alone 😆 I badly miss going to the gym, kahit one month pa lang naman talaga ko don lol. Huhuhu. This ecq is making me fat and lazy and disoriented. Praying for better days 🙏🏻

Hello, I am Vegan Cheese! Some may call me the odd one out in a cheesy and dairy containing world, but I love my ability to be versatile for many people. I’m a Chinese American adoptee (yes, a citizen of America, but without the perks of running for president). You’ll often find me waking up before 6 am, and going to sleep far before 11 pm. I spend my waking hours overcommitting myself with my many passions and pacing around frantically trying to get 15k steps per day and completing Chloe Ting programs. I am a self proclaimed environmentalist and an aspiring vegan.
Tomorrow I am going to try out Chloe Ting’s summer workout plan. I’ve heard it’s tough but I want to challenge myself. I’ve lost a few lbs and I’m almost out of the 340’s.
I’ve been listening to my body more when it comes to food. Eating when I’m hungry, drinking lots of water with meals and stopping right before I’m full, I’ve also cut down on boredom eating.
Tomorrow starts a new week and I really hope it goes well.
