it was inevitable that at some point during this trip, their group would split up. they wouldn’t all want to do the same things at the same time, though it was usually a guarantee that he and yujin would have similar mindsets. their manager had gone off with their other members as well, leaving just the two of them, and their camera.

he started up another file, and held the camera out to get both himself and yujin in the shot as they walked. “our members wanted to do something else, so it’s just yujinnie and me now, and we’ve got to decide what we wanna do before we meet back up.” uncoordinated with one hand, he unzipped his bag to pull out a park map and hold it up to the camera, then handed it off to yujin so they could both look at it properly. he spoke half between towards the camera and towards yujin, “i was thinking, we should do a rollercoaster. but i’m not sure if we should do a virtual one, or a real one first,” though he ended up completely turning his attention to his friend to finish his thought, “what do you think?”

COLLA3ORATE PROJECT: JUNE

Note: This month, only those involved in “Drip”, “Quit Playing”, “Oh! My Mistake”, and “SOSO” will be working on their songs in preparation for their June and July releases.

A thread of six posts (three per participant, including the starter) based on their June schedule for the COLLA3ORATE project this month (2 points).

These do not count toward monthly limits or toward normal schedule points.

 eunjae was never at their most comfortable at parties. it varied deeply – smaller, more private ones, where they knew and were comfortable being around the people present didn’t affect them as much as the big ones. this after-party for gold star nation’s festival was closer to the latter than the first, and even the thought of it was enough to have them pursing their lips. they could’ve avoided it, eunjae’s seniority was such that they could’ve come up with something else, a different appointment they could say they scheduled before knowing about the party but it was difficult to dodge their managers, as much as they wanted to. whereas their attendance had come reluctantly, they were at the very least determined to have as much fun as they possibly could. that meant smiling and flirting a little bit, the way eunjae was comfortable with. they had very little expectation and that only meant things felt better when they somehow managed to charm someone enough for some making out or more. eunjae only stopped doing so for a moment, heading towards the bar to get themselves something stronger to drink. a glance to the side had their smile falling. “ oh. hi yujin. ”

After a couple of crazy rides, Candy thought it would be nice to take things slowly for now. To calm the adrenaline rush she got from riding some extreme rides. She didn't have to worry about having to hold the camera this time or be an extra for someone. That was all done and now that they can have some real fun on their own, Candy wanted to try as many things as she possibly could as she doesn't get a lot of chances to go to amusement parks. She can just have fun on her own now as much as she wants.

Spotting a familiar face, she beckons her to come closer to her. It would be nice to have some company on this ride. She didn't want to be alone. “Yujin-ah, come. Look at that.” Candy then points the balloon ride that gives people a good look around the indoor park. “Wanna go on a trip with me?” She asks, looking up at the ride that can take them across and back to the beginning. It would be a nice and calming journey. “I doubt it would be as great as the ones they offer in Turkey or in New Zealand, but I think this will be great. What do you say?”

eunah exists in a state of perpetual melancholy, walking around in a FOG most days, living more in her own head than in the real world         not the best way to be in the middle of the hustle  &  bustle of an amusement park. filming wraps up for the day all too quickly, and eunah is  OVERWHELMED  by all the sights  &  sounds around her, so she gently excuses herself from the rest of her members, who are used to this flighty behaviour by now. she wonders when exactly they gave up on her. 

and, now, picked up by element’s bae yujin, she wonders when she’ll give up on her too. but she doesn’t let her mind rest on that too long, instead focusing on her afternoon breakfast smoothie. she’s thinking about 7rophy’s upcoming comeback         a week away, but says nothing about it. who knows when element’s next comeback will be?

sung was pretty used to having cameras in his face by now. for the documentary, most of them were static cameras, that focused on him pretending to write the song. the best parts, though, to sung, were shots they could have together, recording the song, learning the choreography. they’d gotten far enough into the process that their involvement was mostly in learning the performance aspect of it. sohyun and corey were pulled out of the room by their manager for something, he assumed something to do with outfitting or something along those lines, and their choreographer took the opportunity to take a call outside, so it was left to just him yujin, and the cameraman. he took a swig of his water before making his way over to her, and laid his head on her shoulder --a difficult task considering their height difference, but one he was willing to make happen anyway. “should we practice the backsitting again? i think you’re getting better at it.”
