I honestly don’t know what pose I hate more Tittibhasana or shiva #ALOurWinterMemories February 21-28 Day 7- A memory spending time with family during the winter (Shiva/Firefly Pose) Since my husband and I and our children live so far away from my family we don’t get to spend much time with them during winter. But in 2019 we decided it would probably be our last Christmas together as a family of 5 since our son was going to the Navy. We flew to my hometown on Christmas Day. Santa didn’t come to our house that year and the kids were all old enough to agree that was ok. We had such a great time spending Christmas and New Years with our family. Little did we know only a few months later we would be shut down and not be able to travel anyway. We are so grateful we made the decision to take that trip. We’re moving right along with our challenge ⁣ ⁣ Our live never posted last night so here are some tips for today’s pose and drill⁣ ⁣ In my YTT for bow & pose you would start in staff pose. ⁣ Take your two peace fingers to both big toes⁣ Pull one leg at a time pulling knee to ear⁣ ⁣ Switch side to side⁣ ⁣ I added a few more drills for wrists ⁣ ⁣ First video, wrist flicks⁣ Second video hand push ups (you can do these from table top or plank) alternate or do both at the same time⁣ ⁣ Third video wrist stretches only go as far as you can, I like to add a sway side to side or circles⁣ ⁣ From October 6-10 we’ll take a short but sweaty exploration of Eka Pada Bhujasana! Each day we’ll offer a new approach to the pose, focusing on drills to build strength and confidence to help you soar! All levels are encouraged to join in the fun, so if you’re new to elefant trunk, this is a great time to learn some foundational tips.
