Oooooh, this is really interesting to think about, too. Ghoulification makes you pretty strong, but it's nothing like how hench you'd be if you became a super mutant. Hench, tall, bald, and with an incredibly deep voice. The erasure of the secondary sex characteristics would basically just be the icing on top.

Ratman is married! He has a husband and a wife!!!

Birch (yes it's intentionally close to bitch, she chose the name herself) is a ghoul who used to be a full-time mercenary, she and Ratman met on the road and after travelling together for a bit fell in love hard. She now only does mercenary work part-time, preferring to stay home with husband Fiver. She can be a little obtrusive at times, always speaking her mind and having a 0 tolerance for bullshit. She’s protective and very loyal. She really enjoys singing.

Fiver (Institute designation I3-55) is an escaped synth from the Commonwealth. He was on the run from the Institute, running into Birch who was the one who brought him to Birch’ and Ratman’s shared home in NCR territory. He now runs the farm they live on, growing crops and keeping cattle, trading the wares with the nearby settlement. He’s incredibly soft-spoken and kind, with a knack of being able to make Tatos grow in any climate.

All three of them live on a farm that they all help run when they’re home. Ratman’s often out delivering mail, but enjoys every second spent at home with his family.
