The Institute didn’t have dogs to experiment with FEV with, we don’t see any dogs in the Institute. What we do see are cats. There are a bunch of cat corpses all over the FEV labs. Maybe the cats they didn’t give to the mutants they gave to the vats of FEV, and that’s how we got mutant hounds. They are FEV mutated cats.

you don’t need to add the virus, the V MEANS virus. it’s the forced evolutionary virus. sorry i know this is petty and dumb but it grinds my gears whenever i see it.

no way! i missed this! just like that radio news while cooper was cooking, defense contractor having involvement in skin care, it was west tek, known fev researchers! all this fev talk is sure to lead to some super mutant showcasing. or perhaps even more disturbing experiments by some of these factions, i presume 👀
