17 juillet 2023 restera marqué dans le cœur de bien des Québécois. Karl Tremblay, chanteur des Cowboys Fringants, combat un cancer depuis environ 1 an. En cette soirée d’été, au FEQ, refusant d’arrêter le show, demandant une chaise pour pouvoir s’assoir et continuer, 90 000 personnes lui ont donné une tonne d’amour.
Ensemble on a peur de rien! T’es pas seul au monde! 🥰

Okay, super for real, I think Steelwing is getting delirious. He was telling me about a magnificent palace hidden in the desert and that we must go there to rescue the princess. Something about a sfinks.
Yeah the pain is getting to him I'm sure.
The cart turned out to be an old show wagon. Its filled with broken set pieces and fireworks. I think a few of these may be salvageable. I'll see what I can collect. Maybe make a few caps?
Gave Steelwing Med-X so he can calm down and set up camp for the night. While he sleeps I'm going to forage for some wild edibles.
My Dad, that bastard, taught me one thing above all else. When it's time to sleep, make sure someone is keeping watch. So I'll be staying awake for the night. Not going to have a repeat of the steel rangers incident though. Going to have to find a safe place to sleep soon.

There was a crowd movement and I ended up being this close to Damon Albarn for the duration of a song So happy I went up front that show was amazing! The first two parter also sang during Gorillaz, which, the last time that happened was because the nofx driver was too drunk to remember the lyrics of Les Champs Élisée and the first player took pity on his ass, so that was cool. Aside from Feel Good, all the songs I really wanted to hear got played, so I am extremely happy.
