Ingredients: 1/2 cup coconut oil. 1/4 cup unsalted butter. 2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder. 2 tablespoons instant coffee powder. 1/4 cup powdered erythritol or sweetener of choice.
Instructions: Melt the butter and coconut oil together in a bowl that can go in the microwave. Add the instant coffee powder, cocoa powder, and powdered sweetener and mix them in well. Put the mix into ice cube trays or silicone molds. Put it in the freezer for about 30 minutes, or until it gets hard.
