These Air Fryer Greek Feta and Olive Hamburgers are a delicious twist on classic burgers, with the flavors of Mediterranean cuisine. They are juicy, flavorful, and perfect for a quick and easy dinner.
Ingredients: 1 lb ground beef. 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese. 1/4 cup chopped Kalamata olives. 1/4 cup diced red onion. 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley. 1 tsp dried oregano. 1/2 tsp garlic powder. Salt and black pepper to taste. 4 hamburger buns. Tzatziki sauce for serving.
Instructions: Put the ground beef, crumbled feta cheese, chopped Kalamata olives, diced red onion, chopped fresh parsley, dried oregano, and garlic powder in a large bowl. When you're done, add salt and black pepper to taste. Split the mixture in half and shape each half into a burger patty. Get your air fryer ready by heating it up to 375F 190C. Make sure the burger patties don't touch each other as you put them in the air fryer basket. In the air fryer, cook the burgers for 12 to 15 minutes, flipping them over halfway through, or until they're done the way you like them medium-rare, medium, or well-done. Change the amount of time you cook for. For the last two minutes of cooking, you can toast the hamburger buns in the air fryer if you want to. Do this until they are lightly golden. Take the burgers and buns out of the air fryer. Place one burger patty on a bun and top with Tzatziki sauce to make the burgers. Make sure your Air Fryer Greek Feta and Olive Hamburgers are hot before you serve them.
