Primary function: To dig up enemies' most embarrassing secrets
An experiment designed to snoop out enemy secrets to humiliate them, and thus naturally speaks fluently. However, he has no interest in technically more important information or any strategic advantages, saying "who cares about that" and instead just wants juicy gossip and embarrassing secrets many would consider useless. He has no combat capabilities and is cowardly in a fight, but was programmed to be an expert escape artist in order to spread information.
He reads people's diaries and listens in on their conversations, then reveals their secret crushes and hobbies or things they are privately insecure about, as well as what bad things they have said about others behind their backs, and even spoilers about media. Others tend to find him obnoxious, but he can be helpful sometimes and show some loyalty, his behavior seeming more a compulsion than actual malice (he has expressed regret over it during a therapy session.) Since he cannot keep a secret, he doesn't really seem capable of lying and is very blunt.
