Instructions: Put the chopped cabbage, grated carrot, chopped mushrooms, green onions, minced garlic and ginger, soy sauce, sesame oil, salt, and black pepper in a large bowl. Put a scoop of the vegetable filling in the middle of a dumpling wrapper. Spray water along the edges of the wrapper and fold it in half to make a half-moon shape. To seal the dumpling, press the edges together and make sure there are no air pockets. Do it again with the rest of the filling and wrappers.
