Thinking about a scenario where The Eggpire manages to corner Tommy and finally kill him but at the last second, Team Rocket Jack and Niki unintentionally save him by trying to do the exact same thing
I imagine Tommy and the Eggpire’s confrontation would be a bit intense. Bad and Ant (maybe an infected Sam but I don’t wanna think about it 😖) are about to kill Tommy who is already low on hearts, and just before you think it’s the end of him, A BUNCH OF FUCKING ANVILS rain down from the sky that Jack and Niki happened to place there at the exact same spot that they’re in, only it was meant for Tommy.
So Jack and Niki suddenly appear thinking they’ve finally got him and idk doing some victorious villain monologue, but then they look up from all the anvils and see that Tommy is in fact not crushed by the elaborate death contraption they made for him, and Tommy’s like “THANK FUCK you guys saved my life you don’t know how close I was to dying” and then walks away leaving Jack and Niki both utterly confused and frustrated once again— Jack gesturing wildly with that look of HOWWW???? And Niki, eyes twitching and pulling her hair cuz hER PLANS WERE FOILED— and then they look down and finally notice who they’ve manage to crush; Bad and Ant knocked tf out completely (cuz Bad is literally not human and can’t be killed easily and ant has nine lives cuz he’s a cat). Jack and Niki are like “oops” and it’s awkward so they too walk away and pretend like nothing happened cuz they ain’t dealing with that shit—
