So first off I have gotten probably like 2 or 3:00 p.m. by a couple of people DM me anyway and a few new people about the affirmation subliminals umbrella formations do what it look like trying to be delusional throughout the day and I will do a post on that that is not this post though. The reason being before you can fully give into your delulu life you have to feel safe and calm and like you can have what you want and the easiest way to do that is to figure out what the hell is holding you back. So let's talk about EFT tapping.
EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique)
So why am I saying you should use EFT tapping. Because most people kind of skip the point when it comes to manifesting of figuring out why it is , and again this isn't for everybody but this is for people where you know you have some kind of resistance towards something you're trying to manifest, it's so hard for you to manifest a specific thing.
And sometimes it's hard to just talk about it or like think about it without spiraling so EFT tapping can help if you know you want to sit here and manifest physical appearance change, moving, money, maybe it's something like you just want to manifest blowing up on social media getting PR whatever the fuck it could be that dream job you've always wanted moving to your ideal country ect.
Most people are aware to some extent why it is that they have resistance to manifesting that. EFT tapping because it doesn't feel super invasive in my opinion and also it's like a repetitive action that you're doing over and over again and it's also very relaxing personally for someone who has ADHD and probably other neurodiversion issues and finds it hard to do things like meditation which can also help with this EFT tapping gives me something to do with my hands while also allowing me to focus on the points that I'm tapping on while processing whatever it is whatever emotions I have to process to understand why I feel the way that I do.
Example will use money. Say you want to manifest money. You want to become a millionaire or you want to manifest money so that you could be financially free help out your family whatever it is.
If you've grown up hearing things like money is so hard to come by you have to work like a dog to earn money, money is the root of all evil or even things like money can't buy you happiness or give you the things that you want whatever it is right. You need to work through that so you can start off with tapping saying all the things that you heard and you have eternalized whether it's consciously or unconsciously. Go through tapping once or twice through AKA tapping all of the points however many times you need to I don't count how many times I'm tapping the point I just keep tapping as I'm saying the sentence.
Go through twice tapping all the points while saying all of the thoughts you have about money right you can also do this like I said for anything maybe you're trying to manifest moving but you always been told moving so hard it's too expensive. Or your manifesting an SP and it doesn't matter who that SP is it's a normal person or celebrity and again you're constantly hearing people telling you or saying oh you're not good enough that person that person would only date XYZ whatever it might be maybe you put them on a pedestal. So sit there and say that.
"I can never date sp because they're celebrity. SP could never want to date me because I'm not good enough for them. Me and SP don't even run in the same circles or live in the same country so it's impossible."
Say all of these things allow yourself to feel those emotions to sit with them be like yes this is how I feel about this thing and then you're going to EFT tab to change those emotions.
That's when all the change happens right now you're going to sit there and after going through all the reasons why you can't have the money, sp, physical appearance change movement in your life moving ect. You're going to give yourself permission to have these things.
"I am allowed to have sp. I'm allowed to be happy in a relationship with a person that I want to be in a relationship with. There's no reason why I can't have sp. There will be ample opportunities for me and SP to run into each other to be in the same country to travel in the same circles. There is no reason why I should feel that way or feel so anxious about me and SP being together"
Again do this however many times you need to or want to while EFT tapping. Basically replacing all of that worry that you had about whatever it is you were trying to manifest. And then just do a couple of deep breaths I normally do like three cuz I have a thing with odd numbers. So I'll take like three deep breaths and I'm feeling really anxious about whatever it is and I'll do like seven deep breaths afterwards just breathing in breathing out paying attention to your breathing letting it all go.
Then either moving on and going about your day or night I normally do this at night before I get into my night routine before bed. And don't over think about it don't overcomplicate it just sit there do it do whatever else you have to do and kind of forget about it because now it's doing it's work.
Again if you can do something like meditate or you're really good at talking or thinking without spiraling until like a downward spiral you can also just do that. There's nothing that you necessarily need to fix that's the one thing I don't like the idea that some people have when it comes to manifesting like you have to fix this before you can manifest but understanding what it is that might be holding you back from a specific manifestation because sometimes it's something as simple as I don't feel like I deserve this or I don't feel like it would be safe for me to have this.
Understanding that I'm being able to tell yourself no I deserve to have everything that I want I deserve to have all of my desired scenarios happen to have my SP to have the money to have the physical appearance whatever it is you're trying to manifest. Helps a lot when you start using other modes whether it's affirmations subliminals affirmation tapes the three six nine method or any other method that you choose to use to manifest whatever it is you want to manifest.
The next post after this which will probably be like in an hour or so after this one is actually going to be drafted that I had that I'm just going to edit a little still going to be messy. And add some pictures to the kind of just talk a little bit about how a lot of celebrities manifest whether it's on purpose or not.
Whether they're aware of the fact that that's what they're doing or not and why the difference between a famous person manifesting their Fame and being famous and a regular person is genuinely the persistence is the delusion.
