As one of the few canonically nonbinary characters that we're aware of, uhhh... Yeah it feels weird to use she/her pronouns but also hate it when people who don't KNOW me as a person use them to talk about the source character I'm a fictive of.
(I mean, people tend to resort to using he/him more than anything for source-me, but the point still stands—it's weird and annoying and those aren't MY pronouns OR source-me's pronouns girl help /hj)
I see fans calling others out for using the wrong pronouns for other canonically nonbinary characters all the time and that's awesome, genuinely, I just... Also wish my source was a bit more mainstream I suppose so it'd be common knowledge that I canonically use they/them and so that people can correct popular people who stream my source and not,,, have it be a joke. bfncnsjsj
But ALSO we don't wanna be called out for that shit when someone in the system uses she/her to refer to me, like. I Am A Different Person From My Source. Aahsnznanszm.
This is super messy and everywhere whoops uhh... Tl;dr: I personally use she/her (And they/them, sometimes!) but I know source-me uses they/them and I wish people would recognize that!! But also!!! If someone who KNOWS ME, as a fictive, refers to me with my preferred pronouns I don't want them (or us for that matter) to be called out for it!! Being a fictive is hell sometimes 😔 /lh
(unrelated sidenote I find it funny how the tboi tag on here is mainly full of me and my sourcemate's kinfessions (fictivefessions?) /lhhhh)
