2/1-(2 miles, core & yoga) hi guys! Happy Friday!! I got up this morning and ran one mile to the gym & then did 25 minutes of core and ran a mile back. So super simple! Then I had breakfast which was my usual chocolate oats BUT this time with steel cut oats! So good and I think I’m hooked on them.
Then I did a little homework before going to my favorite yoga class at the museum! It was so good as usual and I always feel better after going. Then I ate lunch really quickly. I just had some salad with chicken and some soup. The soup was really bad but that’s fine. I did things for my sorority for most of the afternoon because I do all the social media. I went to the library for two hours eventually and then I went out to dinner. I got pizza & salad & it was real good. Then I spent the night with my friend watching the movie Valentine’s Day and talking.
Snacks: cereal, chocolate
