Swim lessons for the kids were canceled, so I ran in my hood and it was snowy, slippery, and cold!!! Something in between, that’s where I’m at with running, finished up marathon recovery and training for a half starts next month. So I’m running less mileage and I’ve not run more than 7 miles. I am enjoying these 3 miles on the mill at lunch time, breaks up my day and I can still run at night if I want to.
