Oat and Chia seeds porridge Recipe:
This is a really yummy and very nutritious snack.
Ingredients:
1/2 of a small banana
1 small pineapple slide
1 homemade (or not) vanilla flavored or natural soyogurt
1 tbsp of oats
1tsp of chia seeds
cinnamon
Directions:
At side, mix the oats and chia seeds with the soyogurt.
Smashed 1/4 of the banana and put it on the bottom of your cup.
On top of it layer it up with 1/2 of the yogurt mixture, another layer with the sliced pineapple & banana another and finally the least layer of yogurt mixture <3
Put this beauty on the fridge for 4-5 h at least. Sprinkle with cinnamon and enjoy <3
