Ingredients: 1 lb ground beef. 4 slices bacon, cooked. 1 avocado, sliced. 4 slices Swiss cheese. Salt and pepper to taste. Lettuce leaves, for serving. Tomato slices, for serving. Red onion slices, for serving.
Instructions: Form the ground beef into 4 equal pieces and shape them into burger patties. Add salt and pepper to each patty. Set the grill or grill pan over medium-high heat to heat it up. The burger patties should be cooked for four to five minutes on each side, or until they are done the way you like them. Add a slice of Swiss cheese to top of each burger patty in the last minute of cooking to melt it. Take the patties off the grill and give them a minute or two to rest. Place a lettuce leaf on a plate before putting together the burgers without buns. After putting a burger patty on top, add bacon slices, avocado slices, tomato slices, and red onion slices. Serve right away and enjoy!
