Enjoy these festive cut out sugar cookies for Easter. They're simple to make, great for decorating, and a fun addition to your holiday festivities.
Ingredients: 2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour. 1/2 teaspoon baking powder. 1/4 teaspoon salt. 1 cup unsalted butter, softened. 1 cup granulated sugar. 1 large egg. 2 teaspoons vanilla extract. Food coloring assorted colors. Sprinkles and colored sugar for decorating.
Instructions: In a bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt. In another bowl, cream together the softened butter and granulated sugar until light and fluffy. Beat in the egg and vanilla extract until well combined. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until a dough forms. Divide the dough into portions and tint each with desired food coloring. Shape the dough into discs, wrap in plastic wrap, and refrigerate for at least 1 hour. Preheat the oven to 350F 175C. On a floured surface, roll out each colored dough portion to about 1/4 inch thickness. Use Easter-themed cookie cutters to cut out shapes and place them on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Bake for 8-10 minutes, or until the edges are lightly golden. Let the cookies cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely. Once the cookies are cooled, decorate with sprinkles and colored sugar. Enjoy these delightful Easter Cut Out Sugar Cookies!

These adorable bunny truffles will elevate your Oreo cake pops to a whole new level of cuteness. Ideal for Easter or any other occasion where a charming and sweet treat is called for!
Ingredients: 1 package of Oreo cookies about 36 cookies. 1 package 8 oz cream cheese, softened. 1 cup white chocolate chips. 1 tablespoon vegetable oil. Pink candy melts for decoration. Candy eyes. Mini marshmallows for bunny tails.
Instructions: In a food processor, crush the Oreo cookies until they resemble fine crumbs. Beat the softened cream cheese and crushed Oreos together in a mixing bowl until thoroughly combined. Shape the blend into tiny balls similar to cake pops and arrange them on a baking sheet that has been lined. In a bowl safe for the microwave, melt white chocolate chips with vegetable oil, stirring until smooth. After dipping each cake pop completely into the melted white chocolate, return them to the baking sheet. Create bunny faces by attaching candy eyes and a mini marshmallow for a tail while the chocolate is still wet. Pipe tiny triangles on parchment paper using pink candy melts to make bunny ears. When they're solid, affix them to the cake pops. Put the cake pops in the fridge for at least half an hour to set. They are prepared for enjoyment once set!
