This is the Dusky lory (Pseudeos fuscata). This species is found in parts of Papua New Guinea, including the islands Salawati and Yapen.

I went back & forth on the decision whether or not to leave the sound in this video. I'm sorry about my super annoying humming, I was doing it partially to keep warm and partially cos it seemed to help the dolphins find me. I left it in because you can hear some gorgeous dolphin sounds in this vid, so I hope you enjoy 🐬💙🐬

Duskies! This is pretty much the exact same recipe for Afghans but take out the corn flakes, chop up the walnuts and put them in the biscuits and add in coconut. But its still just as good! Also tried to switch up my routine today and do my baking first and then cleaning. Tried being the key word in that sentence cause I did not get any cleaning done. I did find out what the value of all my pops were however: which is about 6500 (I’m pretty sure it’s usd and I don’t plan to sell any of them anytime soon but it’s nice to have a general idea) so next Sunday I know to get my cleaning done first and then my baking: will have to get my cleaning done tomorrow. 💛💛 #365dayphotochallenge #meganrambles #baking #bakingadventures #duskies #biscuits

Swimming with a huge pod of very excitable Dusky Dolphins off the beautiful Kaikoura coast.
