Taking a small break from Coltland to rewind back to Ninjago for a second to say that I am just now finding out there's a future-short-series called Duskfall that was announced at some point and a trailer recently released??? WHO was going to tell me?? I knew about the future characters and Mira and Jin from the sets and all that, but is the confirmed name a new thing? When did this happen? Where was I?? (I was in the coltland tag and by extension the rygos rabbit hole but shhhh)
Saw the trailer and it looked pretty cool. All I have to say is that if Jin isn't Kai AND Skylor's kid I'm going to riot. They can't tease a popular relationship for 15 SEASONS then revamp the series and never talk about it again. It's just not right. I won't stand for it. Very rude of them.

Duskfall still isn't sure how to rejoin society after spending so long in the time before dragons were made. Katydid almost drowned in an endless ocean before he was rescued. Fenrir doesn't have the words to tell its family what she went through while he was missing. Cedar wouldn't even be here, now that it's forever in service to the Wishbright Grove. But at least Strawberry got to meet a lot of cute critters.
