Out of 2207 finishers, Duncan completed the course in 9h25min 7th Canadian, 122nd overall & Ed finished 10h50min, 49th Canadian, 982nd overall. There could not be a more fitting location for the toughest day in endurance sport. The Big Island of Hawaii is spectacular and insanely challenging. Thank you everyone for following along and supporting me. I am truly touched by your kind words. Special thanks to a number of companies who believed in me and helped me compete against the best in the world. @2xu_canada provided me with super high quality recovery and athletic gear, including this custom race kit. With assistance from @cowaninsurance & @waterousholden I have been working with Nigel Gray of NRG Performance Training who has helped me take giant steps forward. Nigel's love for the sport and knowledge base is unrivalled. @durefoods protein powder, hydrators and other nutritional supplements help me perform and recover.
