Day 6: Do not be anxious about anything I’ll going to share a “fictional” scenario, but it can be related for us. We’ve got our bills from our mailboxes (or checked out online), and we already saw the amount and the cost per usage. Then, we’re waiting for our paycheck to come and the due date of some bills coincided next week, and we’re hoping that we can pay it off before the due. A week later, it is the day that we are checking out our bank accounts if our paychecks are already deposited. Suddenly, when we check our accounts, still zero balance, we also remembered that we have the bills that we need to be paid off. Until we get to the very bottom of the problem, something wrong with the ACH transfer (Automatic Clearing House - this is being used for bank to bank payments). That makes us worried, but what we’re going to do? One thing we learned not just in our working life, but in every situation is not to be anxious about it. Learn to be calm and pray. If we pray before we get worried, and if the Lord answers our prayer, we will know from Him that He has a plan for us that’s why we’re in that kind of situation. End of story: When we pray. Few hours later, we found out that we have a stimulus check envelope that has been stuck between the bills, and few hours later, the paycheck that we expecting has completed the deposit. However, before we ask Him for everything, make sure that we ask Him to be forgiven to our sins and cleansed, ask Him if it is His will to be have it, and don’t doubt that He will provide. And regardless of His answer, learn to give thanks in everything. If we pray, not just only He provides, but He gives us peace that will guard our hearts and minds, and makes us calm and wise under the extreme situations. God bless you all for reading this, and have a good night and Shabbat Shalom.
