Hello there. I finished that Docker course, here are my notes for it. An okay course if you have no idea what Docker is and you want a really really rough overview of it, but not if you actually want to know how to use Docker, I think. Also sped my way through a LeetCode problem and started doing some system design study. Overall, I had a productive yesterday, which I suspect was fate preemptively warning me that today was going to be shit.
Today, I went on a hike, and then when I got home, I spent 4-5 hours in an empty-minded torpor. I could have used those 5 hours, man. It’s 4:30pm and I am not feeling great, both emotionally and physically. Emotionally? Disappointed. Physically? Really, really sluggish. I suspect it’s a combination of unexpected nap, heat, and uh, also dehydration. Gonna drink more water.
Gotta do damage control, now. I have a recruiter screen on Monday, so – all cylinders on that, I suppose. Some system design review and LeetCode if I have the time, but I suspect wrestling with my hatred about talking about myself is going to take all day. Terrible. Well. Let’s do our best.
