Vergil’s absolute favourite! I adapted this recipe from Eva’s original over the years, and have done my best to master it! In my version, I like to add some white chocolate chips...

you know, just some extra sweetness, for my sweetness♡

Since many people were asking me for the recipe, I decided to share it with all you as well, so you can bake it for the Vergils in your lives ♡♡♡

Yields 2 dozen cookies

Ingredients:

1 cup sugar (plus more for sprinkling)

1 stick butter

1/2 cup cream cheese

1 egg

1 teaspoon vanilla

2 1/2 cups flour

1 teaspoon baking soda

1 teaspoon baking powder

1/4 teaspoon salt

2 cups blueberries

Optional: white chocolate chips, as much as you desire ♡

Steps

Preheat oven to 350°

Cream together the sugar, butter, and cream cheese, then beat in an egg and vanilla

In a separate bowl stir together the flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt

Gradually beat the dry ingredients into the sugar/butter/egg mixture

Gently stir in the blueberries and white chocolate chips

 Drop by spoonful onto greased cookie sheets

Sprinkle sugar over the top of the nightmare dough blobs

 Bake at 350° for 10-12 minutes

Feed it to your loved one when he is on the verge of a mental breakdown
