Well it's been a while... one of those some things have changed but a lot is still the same kinda feelings. As usual I've started my annual try and be less of a fatty routine. Fell off the diet train about the same time I started my new job back in may. Must say I'm loving the job and the people are fantastic for the most part. Just been too easy to eat whatever I've wanted to as I'm back in the city centre again now. Weighing in heavier starting 2017 than I saw in 2016 at, so not too happy with myself at that. But it is what it is. So time to move on from it. Trying a different angle this year. Not going to slimming world right now. Instead there's 5 of us in work all doing our own little weigh in sessions. Think we're all going about it differently. But there to support each other which will be nice.
