Also also, would love some Defenders, Daredad, Deadpool etc stuff but still with avengers.

And Peter doesn't listen - why would he? He'd never met Daredevil before. Sure, he's kind of scary, but the man isn't his dad. He's already lost his father twice over. He's incredibly unwilling to do it a third time.

But Peter ends up in Hells Kitchen again. And he keeps getting cornered by Daredevil, the man trying to get him to stop. And Peter tells him that it will never work, no matter how hard he tries. Because he has powers, and a responsibility, and the anger, and the sheer willpower and need to help people.

Daredevil gets it. He tells Peter that, too. He also tells Peter that, while he'd rather him quit and leave the vigilante life behind, he'd at least make him safe while doing it. Daredevil tells Peter to meet him at Fogwells gym.

Peter gets trained. The two become close. Their identities get revealed to each other after Matt gets shot, and Peter gets his back broken. They fight, they argue, but at the end of every fight they hug it out and deal with it as maturely as two angry people in suits made for fighting crime can manage.

Peter tells May about Spider-Man with Matt by his side. Peter calls Matt when Tony Stark ends up in his living room. Matt protects Peter from ever stepping foot in Germany.

The pain of the bruises painting his skin or his continually busted knuckles. The comforting thing about the pain was that it distracted him from the anger. The all consuming anger that seemed to seep into his bones right down to the marrow. It scared him sometimes, the anger. It made him want to hurt people. It made him want to tear off his own flesh. It made him want to beat flash to a pulp. It made him want to break every bone in his foster parents' body for even daring to lay a hand on him. It made him want to kill the man who shot uncle ben.

He wanted to kill someone. He could kill someone. He was capable of killing someone and that terrifies him. The fact that if that man was in front of him right now he would barely even hesitate before trying his best to rip his eyes out of their sockets.

Knowing that you are capable of something of that nature, the act of taking a life. Something he has no right to do because who is he to decide who deserves to live or die was terrifying. He's always been scared of himself and what he was capable of. He knew something was wrong with him before his family died, he knew he was different. Peter could tell the other kids at school didn't have anger resting just below the surface of their skin taunting them at every second to hurt. To hurt everyone around them, to break bones and revel in making them bleed.

He could tell even the adults around him were weary, he could hear the whispers that were said about him.

“Watch out for Parker, he's got the devil in him.”

Peters never heard anything more accurate in his life, the devil resting beneath his skin controlling his bones and clouding his thoughts with rage was what it felt like. Like something tangible and evil was resting just below the surface of his being trying to consume him and everyday he had to fight and rage war with himself to push down that anger.

So here he was in a perpetual cycle of rage and pain, going about his days the best he can. He was glad he had spiderman because if he didnt he probably would have died with uncle ben or went to prison with the man who shot him.
