Maldita sea porque me siento tan molesto , porque no estoy conforme?

Porque mi cordura esta tan deforme?..

porque no dejas que la transforme?.

Porque la manos de la soberbia me jalan y me atrapan

En cualquier momento estallara el huracán y cuando lo haga no te quiero ver llorar

Porque a mi me llaman cristo y es mentira todo lo escrito.

enferme tu ganado y ni cuenta te diste, engañe a los paisanos y los hice creer que estaban iluminados , le pague a judas y los engañe a juras.

stand. just stand, in the shower.

feel the warmth. feel it soak your hair. feel it run over your chest, over your arms and back. feel it drip from your fingertips and run over your feet. feel the weight of your hair pull your head back and close your eyes. feel the warmth through your body.

make it cold.

now turn the water cold. close your eyes. feel the warm water in your hair be replaced by the cold. feel the cold taking over your body. notice the goosebumps on your arms, your legs. embrace it. feel it run through your blood, through your veins. feel the energy it gives you.

turn it off.

turn off the shower and feel the water drip off of you. squeeze the water out of your hair. listen to it hit the shower floor. put your hair in a loose braid, or keep it down. wrap yourself in a towel.

get comfy.

put on your favorite, comfiest clothes. feel the warmth return to your body. feel the weight of your shirt on your shoulders, your pants on your hips, the material on your skin.

find a book.

yes. a book. not a tv show. not a movie. a book. read it and escape from reality. feel the emotions of the character. cry, yell, laugh.

lay down

on the ground. outside. i don’t care if it’s cold, raining, snowing. you can layer. feel your arms and legs relax. feel your back against the ground. look at the sky. see the stars, or the sun, or the moon, or the clouds.

listen

come back inside and listen. listen to your family talking, the tv playing, the washing machine running, the dog barking, the cars driving by. hear it. all of it. listen for the tiniest, quietest things.
