My beige flag is that I will genuinely never feel completely safe. Whether I'm out with friends, alone in my room, at school or in a loved ones arms, I'm always in some kind of fight or flight mode and it's so incredibly exhausting. I just want to feel still. But I'm not sure if I even know what that feels like.
