Farrah's favorite job? Keeping the rat/mice population down and trying to make sure Steve is well-fed. Steve doesn't seem to appreciate her gifts though.

Steve loves making her little bows for her little head. Robin thinks it's weird. "She doesn't need bows, Steve, she doesn't have hair." "She likes it, Robin!" She did, in fact, like it. She purrs when Steve puts it in and hisses if someone tries to touch it.

All of this led to figuring out Will's connections and powers early on when Will dreamed through the eyes of Dart, figuring out that he was alive. It was Will who broke through to him when they realized he was under Vecna's thrall again. It was Dustin who helped bring him home.

With that, they realized that with Will's help they could break the connection the demogorgons had with Vecna and bring them to their side. Dustin would help Will train them along with Dart.

Steve had been staying with Farrah at the station since it gave her more room to move around outside. Farrah didn't appreciate the new addition to the family or to the station at first. Most of the time she hid or hissed whenever Dart came by but then she would dive-bomb blueberries at him whenever she saw him. She always made sure Dart would be opening his face at that exact moment.

Dart would respond by chasing after but Farrah Will would make them go outside. Eventually, Dart would tire himself out because Farrah had an unfair advantage. She could fly. Steve would ground Farrah by putting her in a bird cage. Eventually, she learns to share her space and slowly warms up to Dart.

Will and Dustin work together to train Dart. They disagree on a few things like how much candy Dustin gives Dart.

Dart most favors Dustin but he loves Will, too. And like a dog, he loves belly scratches from both of them.

When Dart heard Will reading aloud one time, he immediately plopped down in front of him so now he enjoys story time. Farrah eventually flew down and joined them. It brought Farrah and Dart closer.

Now Dart and Farrah were as thick as thieves. They could be found cuddling on most days with Farrah sleeping on top of him. They eventually started hunting the woods together.

Thanks to Steve Dart and Farrah find Fleetwood Mac very soothing. It's their go-to for getting them to calm down when they're scared.

Now that Dart and Farrah were close, they decided to do their training together. They enjoyed teaching them commands and figuring out which one was more difficult to get to obey.

With Dustin and Will talking about pulling the other demos away from Vecna's control, it made Steve realize that he could do the same with the other bats.

Dustin, Will, and Steve began working hard to lure the demos away from Vecna with El beginning to help.

Eventually, she gains a demodog and a bat companion. She insists on calling them friends and she realizes that being a monster doesn't have to be a bad thing.

She names the bat Eowyn because Mike's read her Lord of the Rings and she loves Eowyn. She names the Demogorgon Ralph after Ralph Macchio.

Joyce isn't fond of having the creatures around but Will and El help reassure her that they had been under Henry's control.

It wasn't until it became time to fight Vecna that Joyce saw even more sense in having all these monsters around. Will, Dustin, El, and Steve had managed to recruit about half of Vecna's army.

When they got to the Abyss, they faced Vecna with their own army of demobats and dogs. Maybe Steve even got into the head of Vecna's second in command, Kas. With Steve's help, Kas breaks free and joins the fight against Vecna and the Mind Flayer.

The demobats and Kas take the Mind Flayer from above while the demogorgons take him from below. El takes some bats and demos inside with her. It's a storm of fighting with members of the Party continuing to help. In the end, they kill the Mind Flayer and Henry. Kas reveals himself as Eddie.

They get back into the Rightside Up with the majority of the creatures wanting to stay behind. The companions wanted to stay with their friends. When Kay and the soldiers tried to arrest them, there was a fight on their hands. Sam Owens swooped in, finally able to get into Hawkins to arrest Kay and their soldiers.

El doesn't have to sacrifice herself. Sam finds them a farm somewhere with their animals because let's face it, they can NOT go into town. All is well and Kali was never shot.

Bonus: Hopper begs El to get a normal dog and maybe a bird. "No" is all he gets.
