The Upside Down has been breaking through!
Came into my office this morning to find part of my Stranger Things shrine all over the floor. Think a Demogorgon must have tried to come through the wall!
Translation - the renovations of the new (old) bathroom must have made one of the books fall over and take everything else off the shelf 😝.
How the old bathroom looked with everything stripped out of it (it's been a storeroom for years after we had the extension built with the new bathroom) and this is what it looked like without all the junk in it. And how it looks now.
Rob (my husband) did all the work himself. Isn't he clever. I suck at DIY so badly, but he is so good. If you're wondering, he's a technical director for his day job, but he's really handy at so many other things too. As a teenager he used to spend his summers helping his dad who was an air-con engineer before he retired, so he can do plumbing and just about everything else.
I did my part by holding the odd thing in place, and offering an opinion when it was requested.
