Ingredients: 2 slices of bread. 2 slices of cheddar cheese. 1 tablespoon of butter.
Instructions: To make a sandwich, put a piece of cheddar cheese between the two pieces of bread. Cover the outside of the sandwich with butter. Set a griddle or skillet over medium heat to warm it up. Put the sandwich in the pan and cook it for two to three minutes on each side, until the cheese melts and the bread turns golden brown. Take it off the heat, let it cool for one minute, and then cut it in half. Serve your grilled cheese sandwich hot and enjoy it!
