These M&M's cookies are my absolute favorite - chewy, soft, and packed with colorful M&M's candies that add a delightful crunch!
Ingredients: 1 cup unsalted butter, softened. 1 cup granulated sugar. 1 cup light brown sugar, packed. 2 large eggs. 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract. 3 cups all-purpose flour. 1 teaspoon baking soda. 1/2 teaspoon baking powder. 1/2 teaspoon salt. 1 1/2 cups M&M's candies.
Instructions: Preheat your oven to 350F 175C and line baking sheets with parchment paper. In a large mixing bowl, cream together the softened butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy. Add the eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition. Stir in the vanilla extract. In a separate bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing just until combined. Fold in the M&M's candies, reserving some to press onto the tops of the cookies before baking. Using a cookie scoop or spoon, drop rounded tablespoons of dough onto the prepared baking sheets. Gently press a few M&M's candies onto the tops of each cookie. Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes or until the edges are lightly golden. Allow the cookies to cool on the baking sheets for 5 minutes before transferring them to wire racks to cool completely. Enjoy these delicious chewy, soft-baked M&M's cookies with a glass of milk!
